STANDARD SHIPPING GUIDELINES

We are currently shipping in the US only. Free standard shipping on all domestic US orders.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days with standard shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Average standard shipping times:  2-8 days standard deliveries, 1-2 business days express delivery based on the courier you chose at checkout

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ask that you please use an alternate address at checkout, such as an office address.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are pleased to share that we now offer expedited shipping via FedEx 2 Day Express. Available with any US Domestic order for a shipping cost of $25. Order must be placed by 10AM PST. Orders placed after 10AM PST will ship the next business day. Excludes delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes. 

The express shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and potential carrier delays.

 How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please email us at sales@sienafashion.com

What happens if my package gets lost?

 Please email us at sales@sienafashion.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery.

Do you charge sales tax?

As an e-commerce company based in the US, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to certain states. This list may vary over time. Any applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.
